The 2010-2011 SD User Manual has been updated with instructions for the Implementation module and the Invoicing module.

Please note that the Implementation Guide has been removed from the Support Site because the implementation instructions have been added to the User Manual. 

In an effort to support the Division’s commitment to increase the accountability and effectiveness of the use of substance abuse prevention funds by continuing its transition to outcome-based contracting, the SD KPS has undergone an upgrade to reflect the new Workplans based on assessment of Community data.

The SD User Manual has been updated with the new upgrades. 

The User Manual and searchable index have been updated to reflect the 09/10 FY changes. 

The User Manual and Training Workbook have been updated and received a new look.

The Reports Manual has also been updated.

The User Manual, training workbook and searchable index of the manual have all been updated to reflect the updates to the 08/09 application. (For a list of updates, click here.)

 

A mandatory field was added to all of the service pages.  It is now required to check either “Yes” or “No” to the question: “Addressed a Highway Safety Issue” in order to save any new services. 

The Reports Manual has been added to the support site. The manual can be found under Reports of the Manual category. This report is for the provider level and it includes definitions, questions answered by the reports, and sample reports.   

The South Dakota Manual has been updated with added instructions, screen shots and tips. For a list of current manual updates go the the Manuals section.  

The manual and workbook were both updated with additional tips and notes.

 

Tips, notes, and additional instructions were added throughout the manual and workbook.

New definintions were added to staff permissions in the manual.

Transfer tools module has been added. The transfer tools module is used to move goals/objective/programs/groups from last fiscal year to this fiscal year.

New Reports under the Report Service Menu. (Group Served Report, Group Served by Objective Report, Population Report, Time Management Report)

New Report under the Report Administrative menu. (Contract Report).

Added a contract info page under administration. (The purpose of this page is for the providers to enter their beginning contract amounts so those amounts can be used for calculations within the contract report. If no information is entered on this page the reports will not function properly).

Corrected the problem on the invoice page that was making the ntes section not appear on the report.

Changed the staff time entry page. (It is now dropdown boxes and you only click edit then update, no other clicks.)

Updated the design of SD KIT to the newest interface

 

The South Dakota Manual has been updated.
