FL PPT Updates - Wednesday, June 03, 2009The PPT is now available for data entry. The following changes have taken place within the PPT:
- Now allows users to start one program then go back and start a new program. You no longer have to complete all programs before moving on to the next section of the PPT.
- Can change the number of programs or contracts specified on the Program page
- A "check all" button was added to the demographics section of the Program page
- A new question was added to the Contract Info page, "Is this a PPG Contract?" - if this is a yes, once approved the state will be prompted for a Grant Agreement Number rather than a Contract Number
- Approved PPTs from last year will be copied to this year so users can use it as a base for their new PPT

FL Reports Update - Thursday, March 19, 2009
Invoice Support reports – all three – some formatting changes were done to separate the newly added adult/children split. The funding source is again showing up on this report (It was missing for awhile).
Fact Sheet – removed the date range from the interface as the report is run YTD. Relabeled some columns from feedback from the state.

Quarterly Prevention Evaluation Field Assessment Report – this has been updated to correct a few problems. Also – we added some footnotes that specify that the data is updated once every 24 hours for the served information and the PEI information is updated once a month. Removed the date range selection from the interface as the report is run YTD
PEI Analysis – this has been opened up to another batch of providers (probably 20 more) – they are going to review and probably open it up to the entire state in the next few weeks. If an organization requests access to this report – tell them to contact their field evaluator and ask them to open the report for them. UM is controlling the access on this report right now. We also added some text to the screen for the PEI report that gives some direction on the drop down boxes

PPT Cost Information - Monday, September 22, 2008When a user is logged into the application they can now access the PPD Cost Info screen and add, edit or delete.
All user editable textboxes in the Cost Details section are now required to be greater than zero. Applies to both Cost Center 16 and Cost Center 17.

State Level Approval - Monday, September 22, 2008The History grid is shown at the same times for the Univ. of Miami users as it is for the regular state users. The only difference is that the Univ. users only see the Time Stamp and Notes columns.
There is now a check to prevent a contract from being approved that contains a program name that is used more than once within the organization.
If an error occurs while transferring PPT data and error message will now be displayed to the user.

The Hours/Study Group fields are calculated differently. If a program is chosen, it is the sum of all hours for the program. If only a contract is chosen it sums all hours for all programs in the contract. If no program is chosen, it sums at the organization level.

Report Fix - Friday, October 20, 2006 The Cost Center 16 Report has been fixed. It will no longer show a zero service count for every event even though there is attendance. (Level 2). The count will be whatever the "truecount" is, based on attendance.
