New Features to CalOMS Pv - Thursday, August 09, 2007FNL providers are now able to track their FNL information (i.e., FNL staff, programs, services, etc.) within CalOMS Pv.
Within Single Session activities, providers may now select attending individual participants.
A secondary contact can be be added to the County/Provider Profile under the Administration module.
A new field was added to the Identify Programs page. You must now identify a funding source for the program.
For subsequent recurring activities, the Service Population and Location will now default to the items selected in the first activity.

User Manual Update - Monday, June 25, 2007 The User Manual and Searchable Index have been updated. A list has been added to the first page of the User Manual indicating all of the changes that have taken place within the manual.

Multimedia Video Update - Wednesday, May 30, 2007 The Multimedia Videos (tutorial videos) have been updated. They are now interactive and include a Menu to go to a specific section (such as adding or editing) of the video.

Evaluation Module - Monday, March 19, 2007The Evaluation Module has been added to CalOMS Pv. For instructions on using the Evaluation Module, see the User Manual.

New Frequently Asked Questions - Tuesday, March 06, 2007Additional frequently asked questions (FAQs) have been added to the FAQ section of the support site.

New bug fixes/improvements - Tuesday, January 30, 2007Added "Participant Attendance" report to report builder for easy sorting, filtering, and direct export to Excel.
Added Excel/PDF buttons within the Reports module to allow MAC users to view reports and for quick export of the unformatted "Service Review" report.
"Check All" has been removed from Service Population within the Single and Recurring service panels. Please use the selection "General Population".
Prevention 101 link has been updated to allow users to view all indices.
Service Review module now allows counties to release services by provider and date range.

New Report: Participant Attendance Report - Thursday, January 18, 2007 This new report details information by client name, and is only accessible at the provider or county/provider level. Only clients currently registered to your organization with attendance reported will display on the report.

New Implementation Report: Service Review (Unformatted) - Thursday, January 18, 2007 This is a new report accessible from State/County/Provider levels which displays all of the information from the service review report except for demographic breakdowns. This report is most useful for exporting to excel for data analysis.

Evidence-Based Program Name - Wednesday, November 01, 2006When adding an Evidence-Based Program, a description field has been added and you are now able to edit the Program Name.
The User Manual was updated reflecting this change.

User Manual Update - Monday, October 09, 2006 The User Manual and Searchable Index of the Manual have been updated. A list has been added to the first page of the User Manual indicating all of the changes that have taken place within the manual.

Duration field - Monday, October 02, 2006 The duration on the Staff Time and Administrative Time screens has been changed to display a text box for the hours field and a dropdown list for the minutes (15 minute increments).

Service Activity pages - Monday, October 02, 2006 A message has been added to the Service Activity pages (Report Single Services and Report Recurring Services) displaying the count for items that were selected in the pop-up panels (Service Population, Demographics, etc.).

Pop-up Windows - Friday, June 30, 2006 The pop-up windows (Assign Provider(s) to Objectives, Training Attendance, Register Participants, Service Population, Track Staff Hrs, Demographics, Non-Demographics, Track Group Attendance) have been changed to a panel eliminating a new window opening within the application.

Staff Hours Report - Friday, June 30, 2006 County providers can now access the staff hours reports of providers below them from the reports module.
