Online Issue TrackingThere are several ways to open a support ticket. End-users with a question, problem, or suggestion can call KIT Solutions toll-free support line, email support, or submit an online request from the support site. We are replacing the online request from the support site with an online request directly from KIT Prevention Service. The user will now be able to track online the progress of the ticket.The online support ticked tracker will pilot in VA during November, December and January. It will be available to all states on a full support contract and the service is being hosted by KIT (FL, ME, RI, SC, & VA) February 1, 2007. Once a front-end is developed that will allow non-KIT staff access to the database to respond to the ticket (estimated date – June 1, 2007), it will be open up to all other states.
Small Grouip Online TrainingsLiveMeeting (Web meeting software from Microsoft) is used to conduct online small-group technical training for KIT Prevention Service. The pilot in Florida was so successful that KIT has decided to offer the trainings twice monthly at no charge to those states that have full support contracts with KIT (FL, ME, RI, SC, SD, & VA). Online registration for the trainings has also been added for the states with full support contracts and being hosted by KIT Solutions®.
